ეს გვერდი ორ სიტუაციას ხსნის: (1) როცა ამ საიტზე დემოს ითხოვთ და (2) როცა თქვენი კომპანია FINFLOW-ს იყენებს და მასში ფინანსური დოკუმენტები იტვირთება.
1. დემოს მოთხოვნა ამ საიტზე
- რას ვიღებთ: სახელს, კომპანიას, ელფოსტას, ტელეფონს (თუ მიუთითებთ), თანამშრომლების რაოდენობას და პროცესის მოკლე აღწერას.
- რისთვის: რომ დაგიკავშირდეთ და დემო შევათანხმოთ. საფუძველი — ხელშეკრულების დადებამდე თქვენი მოთხოვნით გადადგმული ნაბიჯები (GDPR, მუხლი 6(1)(b)).
- როგორ მოდის: ფორმა ჩვენთან ელფოსტით მოდის, Resend-ის მეშვეობით. მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით და რეკლამისთვის არ ვიყენებთ.
- რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ: თუ თანამშრომლობა არ დაიწყო — არაუმეტეს 12 თვისა, შემდეგ ვშლით. წაშლა ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლიათ მოითხოვოთ.
- ბრაუზერი: ინახავს თქვენს ენასა და თანხმობის არჩევანს. ანალიტიკა ირთვება მხოლოდ თქვენი თანხმობით (მუხლი 6(1)(a)).
2. თქვენი კომპანიის მონაცემები FINFLOW-ში
ვინ რას აკონტროლებს. მონაცემებზე გადაწყვეტილებას იღებს თქვენი კომპანია (controller). Minonode მათ ამუშავებს მხოლოდ თქვენი დავალებით, სისტემის სამუშაოდ (processor). ეს პირობები ხელშეკრულებაში იწერება.
რა ინახება სისტემაში:
- მომხმარებლების ანგარიშები — სახელი, ელფოსტა, როლი, განყოფილება;
- მოთხოვნები — თანხა, ვალუტა, მომწოდებელი, ვადები, კომენტარები, საბანკო რეფერენსი;
- დანართები — ინვოისები, ხელშეკრულებები, ქვითრები;
- ისტორია — ვინ, როდის და რა მოქმედება შეასრულა.
რას არ ვაკეთებთ: მონაცემებს არ ვყიდით, რეკლამისთვის არ ვაზიარებთ და AI მოდელების გასაწვრთნელად არ ვიყენებთ. FINFLOW ბანკთან ან RS.ge-სთან არ არის დაკავშირებული და თანხას თავად არ რიცხავს: გადარიცხვას ფინანსები ბანკში აკეთებს, სისტემაში კი რეფერენსი და ქვითარი ფიქსირდება.
სად ინახება
- ვებ-აპლიკაცია: Vercel;
- სერვერი და მონაცემთა ბაზა: Railway (PostgreSQL);
- დანართები: Cloudflare R2 — კერძო საცავი, რომელიც საჯაროდ არ იხსნება;
- შეტყობინებები ელფოსტით: Resend.
სერვერების რეგიონი და ქვე-დამმუშავებლების სრული სია ხელშეკრულების დანართში იწერება. ახალი ქვე-დამმუშავებლის დამატებამდე წერილობით გაცნობებთ.
ვის აქვს წვდომა
- თქვენი მომხმარებლები ხედავენ მხოლოდ იმას, რაც მათ როლსა და კომპანიას ეკუთვნის.
- Minonode მონაცემებს ხსნის მხოლოდ თქვენი თხოვნით მხარდაჭერისთვის ან შეფერხების აღმოსაფხვრელად.
- კავშირი დაშიფრულია (HTTPS).
ბექაფი და ინციდენტები
მონაცემთა ბაზის სარეზერვო ასლი კეთდება, აღდგენა კი ცალკე სატესტო ბაზაზე მოწმდება. ბექაფის სიხშირე და შენახვის ვადა ხელშეკრულებაში იწერება. თუ მონაცემები შეიძლება დაზიანდა ან უცხო პირს მოხვდა, 48 საათში გაცნობებთ.
მონაცემების გატანა და წაშლა
- მოთხოვნებს ნებისმიერ დროს გამოიტანთ Excel-ში, დანართებს — ZIP-ად.
- მომსახურების დასრულებისას ბაზის სრულ ასლს გადმოგცემთ.
- დასრულებიდან 30 დღეში მონაცემებს ვშლით, თუ კანონი უფრო დიდხანს შენახვას არ მოითხოვს.
- ბუღალტრული დოკუმენტების კანონით დადგენილი ვადით შენახვაზე პასუხს თქვენი კომპანია აგებს.
თქვენი უფლებები
გაქვთ უფლება მოითხოვოთ:
- მონაცემებზე წვდომა;
- შესწორება;
- წაშლა;
- დამუშავების შეზღუდვა;
- მონაცემების გადატანა.
ეს უფლებები გაქვთ საქართველოს „პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ“ კანონით, ხოლო ევროკავშირსა და გაერთიანებულ სამეფოში მცხოვრებთ — GDPR-ითაც. თუ FINFLOW-ს თქვენი დამსაქმებელი იყენებს, ჯერ მას მიმართეთ; ჩვენ დავეხმარებით. კონტაქტი: hello@minonode.com. საჩივრის შეტანა შეგიძლიათ პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის სამსახურში.

Who we are
FINFLOW is a Minonode product — a system for finance requests and approvals. Contact: hello@minonode.com, +995 599 755 550.
This page covers two cases: (1) when you request a demo on this site, and (2) when your company uses FINFLOW and uploads financial documents to it.
1. Demo requests on this site
- What we receive: your name, company, email, phone (if given), team size and a short description of the process.
- Why: to contact you and arrange the demo. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- How it reaches us: by email, through Resend. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
- How long: if we don't start working together, at most 12 months, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.
- Your browser: stores your language and consent choice. Analytics runs only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
2. Your company's data in FINFLOW
Who controls it. Your company decides about the data (controller). Minonode processes it only on your instructions, to run the system (processor). These terms are set out in the agreement.
What is stored:
- user accounts — name, email, role, department;
- requests — amount, currency, supplier, due dates, comments, bank reference;
- attachments — invoices, contracts, receipts;
- history — who did what, and when.
What we never do: sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. FINFLOW is not connected to your bank or RS.ge and does not move money: your finance team pays in the bank, and FINFLOW records the reference and receipt.
Where it is stored
- Web app: Vercel;
- Server and database: Railway (PostgreSQL);
- Attachments: Cloudflare R2 — private storage that isn't publicly accessible;
- Email notifications: Resend.
The server region and the full sub-processor list are set out in an annex to the agreement. We tell you in writing before adding a new sub-processor.
Who can see it
- Your users see only what their role and company allow.
- Minonode opens your data only for support you ask for, or to fix a fault.
- Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
Backups and incidents
The database is backed up, and restores are tested on a separate database. Backup frequency and retention are set out in the agreement. If your data may have been damaged or seen by someone who shouldn't see it, we tell you within 48 hours.
Export and deletion
- You can export requests to Excel and attachments as a ZIP at any time.
- When the service ends, we hand over a full copy of the database.
- We delete your data within 30 days of the end, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Your company remains responsible for keeping accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for:
- access to your data;
- correction;
- erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability.
These rights apply under Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection and, for people in the EU and UK, under the GDPR too. If your employer uses FINFLOW, contact them first; we will help. Contact: hello@minonode.com. You can also complain to Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service.
